Chef's Special

Every month, our Head Chef and his team create something new for guests at W5 Bar & Kitchen, located within DoubleTree by Hilton London Ealing. These limited-time dishes are inspired by seasonal ingredients, comforting flavours, and guest favourites - giving you something different to look forward to each visit.

This month, enjoy our Katsu Chicken or Katsu Tofu, served with fragrant jasmine rice, katsu sauce, and apple-pickled slaw. Available until the end of February - and if it proves popular, it may earn a permanent place on our menu.
